I bought the same pattern, I am excited to see how yours turns out as I am too nervous to start mine.

I can't wait to see it finished. I love the pattern and your fabric is very pretty. The aqua bias will be such a nice pop of color.

No zippers? My kind of pattern. I cannot wait to see how it turns out...love the color choice.

I made this with my grandmother's help a few years ago ... it really does go fast and is fun to do. I gave the dress to my girlfriend ... sure wish it was still mine :(

Can't wait to see yours!

that is a hot dress, especially if it makes your waist look that tiny! cant wait to see it, you have to show us!

beautiful shape. Cant wait to see your dress!

Such beautiful fabric! Awesome pattern! Sounds like my kinda pattern - 3 easy pieces. I think I need to make one for myself!

I love vintage style patterns! And woohoo for no zippers! Now if I could just figure out how to work my buttonhole function on my sewing machine....

GORGEOUS pattern and darling little print. Can't wait to see the finished product!

Awww what a sweet little thing

A friend and I tried to get that pattern a couple weeks ago, but it has been so popular here, that it sells out within days of each shipment to the store.

Look forward to seeing your completed dress!

Clearly I have not been spending enough time looking through the pattern catalogues. I had no idea there was a retro line! That's a great dress pattern! Have they updated the sizing of the patterns I wonder? I have several vintage patterns that I can't make as they have rather unrealistic expectations of my figure :-)

Have you made one of these dresses? I have the same pattern but have been searching for the right fabric.

Please let me know how it goes!
