That really is a cute cat. I love how animated she looks, like she's stretching. When I was in the 7th grade, LeSportsac bags were so coveted by the girls at my school. Sadly, all my Mom would buy me was a small makeup bag. I'm so jazzed to see all the new colors and patterns you can now get!

kids stuff is good. thats a great cat, but im also intrigued by where you got a multi color magnadoodle? ours is only black! thanks for the book suggestion, it is hard to find a good compromise that will keep my 3.5 year old and my 11 month old occupied. sounds like this fits the bill! hurrah for no diaper bags!

thanks for the bag link & review. I'm on a lifelong hunt for the perfect bag and my attention has recently turned to Le Sport Sac (can't resist all those zippered compartments). What I didn't realize was that they were available in all those funky fabrics! I think I'm sold! Thanks again :)

Okay that totally does look like a cat!

Richard McGuire and I used to sit side by side and do animation together in New York City back in the day! He has a few other books--The Orange Book, What Goes Around Comes Around, and Night Becomes Day. He's also pretty famous now doing covers for The New Yorker and making toys.

I would love to car-pool with you to Anaheim--it's a long drive and it sounds fun!
